Civil registry

The Civil Registry is subdivided in two parts, which correspond to two different times: Asti Civil Registry – French domination (files from 1803 to 1813) and some Asti Parish Books (1636-1799); Asti Civil Registry – Kingdom of Italy(1866-1930).

Army census

The archive of the Provincial Recruitment Office holds the Recruitment Lists of the male residents born between 1791 and 1945.
